AnalytiQ™:
Applied Training and Career Growth for Credit Analysts
AnalytiQ™ is a cohort-based program designed for experienced commercial credit analysts and emerging leaders who want concise, high-impact learning, without adding to an already demanding workload.
Six virtual sessions, each about 60 minutes, include focused instruction, real-world case application, and facilitated peer discussion. The format is designed to fit a full work schedule without sacrificing depth. There's no travel and no homework, just concepts you can put to work the same week you learn them.
What to Expect
Every session covers a specific credit topic through a combination of instruction, casework, and facilitated peer discussion. The cohort format is intentionally small and collaborative, so participants learn as much from each other's experiences as from the material itself.
After each session, participants receive a newsletter with key concepts, examples, and prompts designed to help them apply what they've learned to their current work. Managers also receive weekly newsletters, making it easy to reinforce concepts in everyday conversations.
Cohorts are capped at eight participants to keep the discussion meaningful and the experience personal.

The Big Picture of Credit Analysis — Understanding the full commercial loan cycle, how roles fit together, and how to approach the credit presentation as a story supported by the numbers
From Observation to Insight — Using data to ask better questions, and strengthening the flow of information between borrowers, lenders, and analysts so that nothing important gets lost in translation
Assembling the Story — Understanding what approvers actually need from a credit presentation, and building the narrative and content that meets those needs clearly and completely
From Analysis to Influence — Writing for readability, advocating confidently for your conclusions, and navigating differences of opinion with professionalism and credibility
Putting It All Together — Applying AnalytiQ™ skills across guarantor analysis, collateral, and other key sections of the credit presentation, with an emphasis on maintaining the narrative thread throughout
Cohort Learning, Review, and Application — Reinforcing course concepts through peer discussion, and understanding how a strong professional network continues to sharpen your instincts long after the program ends. For managers, this session also addresses how to use these frameworks to coach and develop your team going forward.
