Each session is also shaped by the questions and scenarios shared by the cohort members. The skills taught in class are immediately transferrable to daily life.

Cohorts are limited to eight participants to ensure a collaborative and discussion-rich experience.

Outside work is minimal. Participants will receive optional reflection prompts or planning tools to apply concepts to active credit work. More importantly, they’ll receive notes after each session to help them apply concepts to their daily work.

Sessions are generally not recorded. Summary materials are provided after each session. Attendees may be able to attend the same session with a different cohort in the future as well.

Managers will receive the same weekly newsletter as attendees. In addition, the facilitator is always available to managers by email or via a virtual 1:1 meeting. The program is designed to provide visibility of course objectives to managers, so they can reinforce topics and support their employees’ learning.

A computer with reliable internet and the ability to join a live virtual meeting via Zoom. Video cameras are encouraged for a more interactive and engaging experience.
