Each session is also shaped by the questions and scenarios shared by the cohort members. The skills taught in class are immediately transferrable to daily life.

  • Cohorts are limited to eight participants to ensure a collaborative and discussion-rich experience.

  • Enrollment is $750 per attendee. We can invoice your institution directly or provide a link for credit card payment — whichever is easier. You can indicate your payment preference on the registration form.

That enrollment covers the full program: weekly course materials, a weekly manager newsletter to support reinforcement back on the job, and direct access to the facilitator throughout the cohort for both attendees and their managers.

  • Outside work is minimal. Participants will receive optional reflection prompts or planning tools to apply concepts to active credit work. More importantly, they’ll receive notes after each session to help them apply concepts to their daily work.

  • Sessions are not recorded. Live attendance is expected — and intentional. The discussion, peer interaction, and real-time application that happen in the room are a core part of what makes AnalytiQ™ effective, and that experience doesn't translate to a recording.

Attendees who miss a session will receive the weekly newsletter sent to all participants and managers, which covers the content from that session, and summary materials are provided as well. In some cases, attending the same session with a future cohort may be an option.

That said, life happens. Attendees who anticipate a conflict or experience an unexpected emergency are encouraged to reach out directly. Those situations are handled individually.

  • Managers will receive the same weekly newsletter as attendees. In addition, the facilitator is always available to managers by email or via a virtual 1:1 meeting. The program is designed to provide visibility of course objectives to managers, so they can reinforce topics and support their employees’ learning.

  • A computer with reliable internet and the ability to join a live virtual meeting via Zoom. Video cameras are encouraged for a more interactive and engaging experience.

  • Yes! While the program is offered to any credit analyst, there are distinct advantages to enrolling an entire group into its own cohort as well. Reach out directly by email or set up a meeting to discuss the details, and we can design a program that best suits your needs.
