AnalytIQ is led by seasoned commercial credit professional Sara Kraft with real-world experience working directly with credit teams and decision-makers.

She has developed training programs for commercial lending team members within a $12B financial institution, focusing on helping commercial lending teams strengthen how their work is communicated and applied. She has also built and grown commercial lending teams in both banks and credit unions.

Sara is PMP-certified and Prosci-trained, with a strong focus on leading teams and supporting career development.
